Attorney of U.S. 501(c)(3) Palestine Legal Calls to "Kill All the Lawyers"
Dylan Saba, a staff attorney of U.S. 501(c)(3) Palestine Legal, made a post calling to "kill all the lawyers" — following a pattern of justifying violence and glorifying convicted terrorists

Dylan Saba, a staff attorney at the U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit Palestine Legal, made a post stating, “The first thing we do, kill all the lawyers” on X in response to an excerpt from an article he posted discussing how during President Joe Biden’s administration, U.S. government lawyers determined that continued American weapons and intelligence support to Israel remains legal.
The post comes amid growing scrutiny of Saba’s past statements, including his apparent justification of the murder of Israeli embassy staff and his published writings glorifying convicted terrorists.

Past Controversial Statements
Saba’s latest post follows a pattern of inflammatory rhetoric. In May 2025, he appeared to justify the murder of two Israeli embassy staffers in Washington D.C., carried out by Elias Rodriguez, affiliated with the Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSL), describing the attack as an “occupational hazard.”

On the day of Hamas’ October 7 massacre, Saba posted a celebratory comment stating: “Glory to the resistance and the people of Palestine.”
Saba also authored an article titled “Fugitive Solidarities” that praised multiple convicted terrorists, including former Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, Zakaria Zubeidi, a former leader of the al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigade in Jenin, and Ghassan Kanafani, a former Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) leader. Additionally, he praised Assata Shakur, who was convicted of murdering a New Jersey State Trooper in 1973.
In the piece, Saba appeared to celebrate Sinwar’s role in launching Hamas’ October 7 massacre, writing: “Sinwar’s stick flew through the air at the Israeli drone, which dutifully captured it on footage, relaying the images first to Israel, and then to the world. We did not see it land, but in the period since October 7, U.S. politics have been transformed.”

Questions About Palestine Legal’s Funding and Transparency
Palestine Legal operates as a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit but does not publish financial information, raising concerns about transparency and accountability. According to testimony delivered to the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform by Tyler O’Neil of The Daily Signal, USAID distributed over $27 million to the Tides Center, whose network of affiliated organizations—including Tides Advocacy and the Tides Foundation—provided funding to various radical leftist groups during the Biden administration.
Palestine Legal was established by the Tides Center and offers legal defense and counsel to anti-Israel demonstrators. According to a senior attorney at the organization, Palestine Legal has provided representation or guidance to hundreds of students following Hamas’ October 7 massacre.
