"Hitler Was Trying to Save the World": Holocaust Apologia on Myron Gaines' Podcast
Watchdogs and political figures are urging YouTube, Spotify, and Apple to ban the Fresh and Fit Podcast after an episode featured explicit calls to “kill the Jews.”

A disturbing clip from the Fresh and Fit Podcast has ignited outrage this week after several Gen-Z guests made virulently antisemitic comments, including attempts to justify the Holocaust. The podcast, hosted by Myron Gaines and broadcast on the Rumble video platform, featured panelists making statements such as "What if the Jews did something to the Germans," "Hitler was trying to save the world," and "We got to kill the motherf**ckers.”
The episode has prompted fresh calls from watchdog organizations and political figures for major platforms including YouTube, Spotify, and Apple to completely ban the podcast, which currently maintains active accounts across multiple streaming services despite a history of policy violations. Canary Mission shared the viral clip as seen below, questioning how the show continues to operate on mainstream platforms.
"The Holocaust Was the Only Way"
The antisemitic discussion began when guests on the Fresh and Fit podcast attempted to rationalize Hitler's actions during World War II. One panelist claimed that "They were up to something so the Germans wanted to take them out," referring to Jewish people, before adding, "The Holocaust was the only way he [Hitler] could take out a huge amount of Jews all in one setting. I already know what's going on. I'm not dumb. The Jews did something there."
The conversation quickly escalated with other participants expressing agreement and adding their own antisemitic rhetoric. Additional comments included "I'm with you on that one," "They started it," along with encouragement to "Talk s**t about them." Co-host Weekes went so far as to say Hitler “Had to do what he had to do” and that, “He was trying to save the world."
"We got to kill the motherf**ckers."
Among the most chilling moments came when the discussion turned to an explicit threat, with one participant declaring: “We got to kill the motherf**ckers."
Throughout this exchange, host Myron Gaines could be seen "smiling, laughing and prompting the continuation" without any attempt to intervene or challenge the statements being made. Co-host Walter Weekes asked, "How do we take them [the Jews] down?" to which someone responded, "Genocide."
Mediaite reported that the full video was subsequently removed from Rumble, though clips continue to circulate on social media.

Who Is Myron Gaines: From Federal Agent to Anti-Semitic Podcaster
Born Amrou Fudl to a Muslim family in Brooklyn in 1990, Myron Gaines has transformed from a federal law enforcement officer into one of the most controversial figures in the online "manosphere." The 35-year-old, who is of Sudanese descent, previously worked as a Special Agent with the Department of Homeland Security for six years before leaving his position in December 2020 to focus full-time on podcasting.
Gaines co-hosts the Fresh and Fit podcast alongside Walter Weekes, known as "Fresh," with the show launching in October 2020. The podcast quickly gained traction by discussing topics including personal finance, relationships, and what they term "red pill" ideology — a term referring to supposed uncomfortable truths about gender dynamics and society.
However, Gaines has built his brand on increasingly extreme rhetoric. He authored a book titled "Why Women Deserve Less" in 2023, in which he writes: "The relationship between most men and women throughout all of history has been transactional. It has been prostitution. All men are Johns. All women are whores." The New York Post has compared him to Andrew Tate, another controversial manosphere influencer currently facing criminal charges. In a post on X, Gaines wrote, “Hitler was right about gays and transgenderism. It's a mental sickness.”

Beyond misogynistic content, Gaines has repeatedly made antisemitic statements and hosted far-right figures including Holocaust denier Nick Fuentes. In one 2023 episode featuring Fuentes, Gaines dressed as a Hasidic Jew and said, "Anyone need a loan – high interest rates, I'll hook y'all up." During another appearance with Fuentes, Gaines boasted that "we're the biggest platform that's talking about the JQ [Jewish Question]. No one else will do it."
While replying to a since deleted X post, Gaines stated, “I like "serves you right, you trusted a kike" better "serves you right, you trusted a jew", but both are fantastic options.” While replying to another post he said, “Hahahaha. The open racism is hilarious. 😂🤣I'd be mad as hell if my daughter brought home a black jew too.”

Fresh and Fit's Troubling Platform History
The Fresh and Fit podcast has faced mounting controversies since its inception, with a pattern of policy violations across multiple platforms. The show, which has amassed over 1.5 million subscribers on YouTube alone, was first temporarily banned from the platform in March 2022 for hate speech violations. The hosts claimed they were victims of "targeted attacks" and alleged coordinated mass reporting campaigns.
The situation escalated significantly in August 2023 when YouTube completely demonetized the Fresh and Fit channel, preventing the hosts from earning revenue through the platform. A YouTube spokesperson confirmed the action was taken due to "repeated violations of our policies, including our Advertiser-Friendly Guidelines and Community Guidelines."
The demonetization affected all channels potentially owned or operated by Gaines and Weekes, according to Business Insider. Despite this setback, the podcast continued operating on alternative platforms including Rumble, where it has built an audience of over 372,000 followers.

Calls to Remove Podcast from Streaming Services
The latest Holocaust justification controversy has renewed calls for a complete platform ban. Congressman Ritchie Torres (D-NY) condemned the content as "profoundly disturbing," writing on social media: "The only thing more terrifying than Holocaust denial is Holocaust glorification. The comfort with which these commentators defend the most evil man ever to roam the earth should send chills down the spine of every decent person."
Civil rights organizations have also intensified pressure on platforms. The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) highlighted that Gaines "is known for spreading vile antisemitism and misogyny to his more than 1.5 million" followers, emphasizing the dangerous reach of such content. Canary Mission's viral post questioning "How do they still have active accounts on YouTube and Instagram?" has amplified calls for platforms to take decisive action beyond demonetization, with advocates arguing that complete removal is necessary to prevent the continued spread of extremist content to millions of impressionable viewers.
The Fresh and Fit Podcast is a show hosted by Amrou Fudl (Arabic: عمرو فضل; born February 1, 1990), known professionally as Myron Gaines or "Fit," and Walter Weekes (born October 2, 1992), who goes by the moniker "FreshPrinceCEO" or "Fresh."
