1. CAIR SFBA to Designate Stanford University as a “Hostile Campus”

The Council on American-Islamic Relations San Francisco Bay Area (CAIR SFBA) is holding a press conference to formally designate Stanford University as a hostile campus for pro-Palestinian activism. CAIR’s representatives will claim that Stanford is marginalizing and suppressing pro-Palestinian voices, despite the university’s long history of tolerating and even promoting anti-Israel activism.

2. Dr. Ussama Makdisi’s Lecture: "Why is Palestine Important?"

Dr. Ussama Makdisi, a professor at UC Berkeley and a longtime critic of Israel, will be speaking at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His lecture, titled “Why is Palestine Important?”, is expected to echo the inflammatory rhetoric he has pushed in the past. On October 7th, Makdisi posted online justifying Hamas’s massacre as “resistance”. He has also accused Israel of terrorizing children in Gaza “in the name of Anne Frank.”
3. Boycott Zionist Dates: Outreach and Training Session

The Muslim American Society and WOL are hosting a training session to promote the “Boycott Zionist Dates” campaign. This initiative encourages the boycott of Israeli-grown dates, especially those from the West Bank, as part of an economic pressure campaign against Israel.

4. PFLP-Affiliated Documentary Premiere: "Through a Child’s Eyes: Genocide of the Palestinian People in Gaza"

The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP)-affiliated Defense for Children International-Palestine (DCI-P) is organizing the premiere of a new documentary, Through a Child’s Eyes: Genocide of the Palestinian People in Gaza.

5. Discussion on “Decolonial Care” at Emory University

The Public Health for Palestine & Collective Liberation (PHPCL) is hosting Dr. Rupa Marya for a discussion titled “What Gaza Teaches Us About Decolonial Care.” Marya has made multiple controversial statements on social media, justifying Hamas terrorism and making antisemitic claims, including equating Ashkenazi Jews with “white supremacy.”

6. Anti-Israel Rally in Katoomba, Australia

Ahmed Alabdala, co-founder of the Palestistice Movement Student group and host of the Red Inverted Triangle podcast (a reference to a Hamas symbol), will headline a “pro-Palestine rally” in Katoomba, Australia.
