Anas Altikriti, a UK-based Muslim Brotherhood-linked figure who has been described in Arab and foreign media reports as the head of the Muslim Brotherhood's "intelligence service" and as leader of its alleged "intelligence arm" in Europe, was denied entry into Canada ahead of the Muslim Association of Canada (MAC) Convention scheduled for May 16–18 in Toronto, according to an Instagram post by the Muslim Association of Britain (MAB).

The reported denial follows the publication of a Jewish Onliner investigation, which found that the speaker list for MAC's 2026 convention in Toronto includes figures linked to Hamas-tied networks, Muslim Brotherhood branches, and terrorism-designated organizations.
The status of the remaining speakers' entry into Canada is currently unclear. They include:
Ebrahim Rasool — Former South African Ambassador to the United States. In March 2025, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio declared Rasool persona non grata and expelled him from the United States.
Hussein Elkazzaz — Listed on the event’s website as a “Former advisor to Egyptian presidency.” Served as an economic advisor to the Freedom and Justice Party, the political wing of the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood.
Khaled Al-Qazzaz — Served as foreign relations secretary under former Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi, former leader of the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood.
Khaled Al-Hanafy — Described in 2015 as a leading member of the Muslim Brotherhood’s Freedom and Justice Party.
Siraj Wahhaj — Appeared on a federal prosecution list of individuals who “may be alleged as co-conspirators” in connection with the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.
The convention is scheduled to proceed on May 16–18 with the remaining speakers still listed on the official program. Jewish Onliner will continue to monitor and report on developments.
